Handling of Personal Information

Fuji Bit Inc. ("we", "us") handles personal information (including personally referable information) obtained through the mobile app "KURAUDOU" (iOS / Android, the "App") in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other applicable laws, as described below. This page supplements our Privacy Policy and lists what is collected, how and why, who receives it, how long it is kept, and your rights.
The App has no account registration and sends nothing to our servers. The architectures and settings you create are stored only on your device. The only data that leaves the device is what the Pangle SDK collects to show ads in the free tier, and what the stores handle when you buy the Pro version.

The App never asks for your name, address, phone number, email address, precise location (GPS), contacts or photos. In the Pro version the ad SDK is not started and no advertising data is collected.
3. Purposes of use
- Providing the simulator (placing, connecting, sending, saving, loading, etc.)
- Verifying Pro purchases, unlocking Pro and restoring purchases
- Delivering and measuring ads in the free tier (personalized ads only with consent)
- Responding to inquiries and requests
We will obtain your consent in advance before using information beyond these purposes.
4. Provision to third parties
We do not sell or rent personal information. The App uses the following services, and information is sent to these companies for the purposes above.
- Pangle (ByteDance Pte. Ltd., Singapore) and advertising partners that bid for the ad: ad delivery. Advertising data is collected directly by the Pangle SDK and may be shared with advertising partners. Pangle End User Data Privacy Policy

5. Provision to third parties in foreign countries
As described in 4, information may be provided to companies outside Japan. Under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we inform you of the following.
- Countries: Singapore (ByteDance Pte. Ltd.) and the United States (Apple Inc., Google LLC). The locations of Pangle's advertising partners and data storage are set out in Pangle's privacy policy.
- Personal data protection systems: Singapore has the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The United States has no comprehensive federal law equivalent to Japan's Act; data is protected by state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and sector-specific laws. - Measures taken by the recipients: Pangle, Apple and Google handle information under their privacy policies with safeguards such as encryption and access control. We use these services after reviewing their terms and privacy policies.
6. Security measures
- Data minimization: We use no servers of our own and no analytics. The ad SDK does not start until you answer the ad question, and never starts in the Pro version.
- Technical measures: Ad and purchase traffic is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS). Architecture data is stored in the App's private storage on your device.
- Organizational measures: Access to inquiry information is limited to the staff who need it, and use for other purposes is prohibited.
- Understanding foreign environments: For information sent to companies outside Japan, we take the recipient countries' systems into account as described in 5.
7. Your rights (access, correction, deletion, suspension of use, etc.)
You may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure (including records of provision to third parties), correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use or erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties for personal information we hold about you. Because we do not hold architecture or advertising data on any server, most of this can be done by you directly.
7.1 In the App and on your device
- Ad settings: Change the personalized-ads choice at any time from the "?" menu > "Ad settings" in the App.
- Advertising identifier: On iOS, Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; on Android, device Settings > Privacy > Ads, where you can change tracking permission or reset / delete the Advertising ID.
- Deleting data on the device: Overwrite a save slot, or clear the canvas with the trash button. Deleting the App removes all of its data from the device.
7.2 Requests by email
For requests about your inquiries, contact support@fujibit.com. Once we have verified your identity, we will respond without delay.
Requests to access or delete data collected by Pangle should be made through the contact given in Pangle's privacy policy.
8. Minors
The App is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 13 and over. Minors should obtain a parent's or guardian's consent before buying the Pro version.
9. This website
This website (kuraudou.fujibit.com) uses no cookies, analytics or ads. The hosting provider may record access logs (IP address, browser type, etc.) for operation and security.
10. Changes
We may revise this page as laws or the App's features change (for example, a change in the information collected or its recipients). Significant changes will be announced on this page. Revisions take effect when posted on this page.
