Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "KURAUDOU" (the "App") provided by Fuji Bit Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all use of the App between us and the user.
2. License
Subject to these Terms and the terms of the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play) through which the App was distributed, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Pro Version (In-App Purchase)
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase (product ID: com.kuraudou.pro) that unlocks Pro features. Purchases, payments, refunds, and restores are processed through the platform store and are subject to the store's terms. We are unable to issue refunds or restore purchases outside of the store.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Use the App in violation of any applicable law or public order
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, copy, redistribute, or use the App for commercial purposes
- Interfere with the operation of the App
- Infringe the rights of us, other users, or any third party
- Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate
5. Intellectual Property
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the App and its contents (text, images, logos, source code, design) belong to us or to the rightful owners. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. AWS service names and logos referenced inside the App are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. The App is not an official Amazon Web Services, Inc. product.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, or continuous availability of the App. The App is an educational simulator. It is not a precise representation of real cloud pricing, performance, reliability, or security. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the App's output.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
8. Advertisements
The free tier of the App displays advertisements served by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of advertisements, the linked services, or the conduct of advertisers.
9. Modification or Termination
We may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms become effective when posted in the App or on this page.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our head office, as the court of first instance.
